Backend Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems and services using Golang and Python.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend engineering and experience with either Golang and/or Python (or a similar language), as well as a proven track record of building, evolving, and maintaining scalable and reliable systems

We're looking for a Product Designer who will have a wide range of responsibilities and the ability to shape Center's design

Product Designer

5+ years of experience designing and shipping web products.

Deep understanding and intuition of user-centered design methods. I.e you can back up design intuitions by talking to users.

Expertise with Figma and ability to quickly learn new tools.

A great eye for detail, demonstrating creative and innovative problem-solving.

Focus on user experience, flows, and user research.

Notably: crypto experience is a nice-to-have, but not required.

As Center’s first Product Manager, you will wear whatever hats are necessary to ensure that we are building the best products for the right customers in the shortest amount of time. You’ll be responsible for the what and why of what we build on both center.dev and center.app.

We’ll look to you for innovative product ideas, customer feedback, data-driven insights, timelines, and much more.

Product Manager

4+ years of professional product management experience

High-level understanding of developer tooling

Experience working in an early-stage company, or experience taking products from idea to shipped with a small team.

Strong product judgement, can see through user requests into the real needs, and loves finding innovative ways to meet those needs.

Strong bias towards action and experimentation.

Detail oriented, with proven ability to coordinate cross-functional product roll-outs.

Ability to work with little guidance and find paths forward

Exceptional communication (written and verbal), organization, and relationship skills.

Implement the features and user interfaces for our web, and soon, mobile products.

Frontend Engineer

5+ years experience in software engineering, including concepts like asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6

2+ years of HTML/CSS experience, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross browser compatibility, and accessibility

Familiarity with: React, Redux, Next.js, Apollo GraphQL

Experience rapidly creating and iterating on interfaces written in frameworks like Chakra UI and/or Tailwind CSS

Experience or some familiarity with Typescript

Track record of working on with small teams on early projects, shipping those projects to users, and iterating based on feedback.

Crypto/blockchain experience is a nice-to-have but not necessary. In fact, some of the best engineers we’ve worked with started without any crypto experience.

As Director of Sales & BD at Center, you’ll be driving our sales and partnership efforts with content creators, crypto foundations, developers, and companies, both big and small. We’re just beginning to ramp up here and we have promising signs of traction already.

Sales Representative

8+ years of experience working in business development and ideally some exposure to managing a sales function

You have experience developing a comprehensive business development and sales strategy from a nascent state

You have outstanding written and verbal communications skills

Working knowledge of the NFT space and/or web3 in general

Lead Center’s marketing and social media efforts on twitter, discord, telegram, and any other platform where we engage with our users.

Marketing manager

Minimum of 5-8 years of Product Marketing preferably in the consumer / creative / creator space, Product Management experience, or other relevant technology product marketing experience.

Powerful storyteller: written, verbal, and visual.

Demonstrated track record of creating customer segment oriented campaigns to steer new customer acquisition, deepen engagement & retention.

Advanced quantitative and deductive skills. Ability to distinguish between the signal and the noise and make data-guided actions. Due to the newness of the space, a strong ability to create clarity amidst ambiguity and unknowns will be essential.

Outstanding project management skills.

Self-starter and ability to be ready to roll-up your sleeves and get things done.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
