We're looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager to join us at Kiln to manage our on-chain products. The Product team at Kiln is responsible for defining our roadmap: what we should build, and why. This means discovering and validating new product opportunities, and working with adjacent teams to make them a success in the market.

Product Manager

3+ years B2B software product management experience
Experience working on developer-facing products (PaaS, APIs)
A first experience building crypto-products, whether on-chain or not

Exceptional communication skills, able to convey complex ideas and evangelize products with engineers and CEO’s alike

We're looking for someone to be a Senior Back-end Engineer at Kiln. Our tech stack looks like: 

Mostly in Golang with a bit of Javascript and Typescript
Communication between services is done using HTTP Rest and most of our databases are backed by PostgreSQL
Everything runs in EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) on AWS

Backend Engineer

Strong judgment with the ability to ship opinionated architectural choices and code, and to share software best practices
Strong communication skills both in French & English to facilitate design scalable architectures with SREs
Strong technical skills with Golang (over 2 years of experience)
Over 5 years of experience designing, building, and deploying user-facing, infrastructure related, and/or API-based products
Experience coding in Javascript and Typescript is a plus
Experience working with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and with Continuous Integration is a plus
Familiarity with Hashicorp Vault is a plus

The Protocol Engineering team at Kiln is responsible for executing our roadmap: build and expand our crypto-native products, making them accessible to our customers, and working with adjacent teams to make them a success in the market.

Blockchain Engineer

Experience building and releasing secure and production-grade contracts in Solidity
Strong understanding of the EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) and Web3 primitives
Previous professional experience in crypto / blockchain
English C1 mandatory
Understanding of MEV
