I couldn't agree more.It's disheartening when companies put candidates through several rounds of interviews only to freeze the hiring process with seemingly unbelievable reasons. I've experienced a similar situation with three companies, where I underwent an extensive interview process spanning 2 to 4 rounds, only to be informed during the offer letter phase that they had paused hiring.. It would be beneficial if companies could consider future prospects and involve all stakeholders before initiating the hiring process. I'd be interested in hearing your perspective on this matter as well.

That's something we had to learn from digitization, somehow by being We didn't manage to connect at all with the team or the recruiters, but it's a big challenge that I know many companies are looking to overcome.
