Hey Winnie, good to see you here! I 100% agree with you on this. I'm getting my hands on Notion and I'm kind of a newbie, but the amount of things you can get done with it it's just incredible. 

About other tools, I guess it always depend on everyone's role. I recently started using Linear and I just find it great, it's easy to track everyone's tasks and priority and helps teams maintain the focus on what's prioritized based on business needs.

I find video conferencing tools like Zoom, Skype, and Google Meet very useful for preserving collectiveness while working remotely. They allow us to have virtual meetings and brainstorming sessions, which can help to keep the team connected and motivated. Additionally, chat tools such as Slack and Microsoft Teams provide us with a place to discuss ideas, share resources, and stay connected. Finally, collaboration tools such as Asana, Basecamp, and Jira are great for enabling teams to work together on projects and tasks in a more organized way. All of these tools can help to ensure that teams stay connected and productive while working remotely.
