Hmmm a recent challenge I faced is that I often pass all interviews and tests for a job offer but at the end the company never replies back.

Is pretty frustrating when it happens.

I understand and agree, it is frustrating. I believe hiring managers working on hiring process should block some time on their calendar to go over candidates they have interviewed and make a decision. This not only represents a bad candidate experience, but also slows down the process and ends up costing money to companies. It's a lose-lose situation, really.

For me, there was a scenario at the start of this year when I interviewed by three team members of Gate.io
Although, it's one of the top five exchanges in crypto space but the way they select candidates is bit strange.

I gave all the correct answers and also solved the situational queries but after a week, they told me about the lack of confidence. I Interacted with them in a soft tone and a bit casual way so as to get rid of nervousness but that approach backfire and I got rejected 😑.
I feel the recruiters need to understand that they are hiring for a company, not for Army services 😷

Receiving offer letters! I recently transitioned from a career in video production to digital marketing and sought the assistance of a professional to rebrand myself. I've successfully secured initial and follow-up interviews, but I find the technical interviews particularly challenging to navigate.

I would recommend identifying the skills that are most transferable and highlighting them on your resume and during interviews. Additionally, pinpoint a skill from your previous occupation that can contribute significant value in your new field. It's crucial to continue learning and earning certifications related to the field you are transitioning into, and you can achieve this through online courses or bootcamps. Remember, you are never too old to acquire new knowledge. While specific careers like medicine, psychology, or law may require specialized degrees, many fields don't necessarily mandate a specific bachelor's degree.
