I think that a good leader is the one who gets involved with the people he leads, who knows how the whole field looks, both from a more open perspective towards what is to come, from above, below, in the middle and inside the action.
A leader is a great master of disguise, who must know how to put on different masks with different visions and be able to make them compatible in order to create a common path.
