1. Responsible as a Multi Cloud Engineer for configuring, maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting Multi Cloud Environment (AWS, Microsoft AZURE, ORACLE, DIGITAL OCEAN, HUAWEI & ALI BABA) cloud services, design and develop automated solutions.
2.  Managing Load Balancer, S3, Auto Scalling, EC2, SES, Route53.
3.  Perform necessary migration of data and services from on-prem/private to public cloud platforms.
4.  Handle case management, incident management, change management, cloud incident response policy management/execution and proactive monitoring of the cloud infrastructure and hosting services.
5.  Verify stability, interoperability, portability, security, and scalability of system infrastructure including working with Digital Products and Engineering to ensure that cloud services and platforms are healthy, secure, and up to date.
6.  Manage deployments, log reviews and serve as system administrator.
7.  Optimize spending for AWS, AZURE, Digital Ocean, Huawei, ORACLE & Alibaba (VMs, Storage, Services, Reserved instances, DBs and Web Apps).
8.  Creating, managing, and configuring WebApps, VMs, Database, Azure and DDoS services on cloud.
9.  Responsible to provide HLD and LLD documentation of existing environment and new implementations.
10.  Troubleshooting and resolving AWS, Azure, Huawei, Digital Ocean, ORACLE & Alibaba environment performance issues, connectivity issues, security issues, etc.
11.  Make recommendations to leadership team as to improvements or upgrades that can be done to each of the environments to ensure that the organization is applying a continual improvement methodology.
12.  Maintaining security by monitoring the system for potential vulnerabilities, identifying risks, and taking action to mitigate them.
13.  Troubleshooting technical issues such as email delivery failures, authentication problems.
14.  Addressing user requests for assistance with issues pertaining to their accounts, including creating accounts, password resets, storage issues, and help with defining custom rules/policies for specific users.
