1. Manage the timely resolution of customers’ technical support requests, using appropriate resources and escalation paths where necessary.
2. • Provision of technical and systems management advisory services. Ensure skills transfer and customer readiness through the provision of workshops, training events, and so forth.
3. • The development and maintenance of a good working knowledge of current and future Microsoft® products and technologies
4. • Formation and maintenance of effective working relationships with client, product groups, and other functions within Microsoft, as well as external bodies as required
5. • Maintain the service level as per Client directives.
6. • Ensure engineer productivity, and implement PIP as and when required
7. • Ensure to resolve any query that team members have, if required partner with other resources to
8. ensure smooth function of program.
