**We are currently hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager for our Identity Protection solution.**

Forter Identity Protection stops account takeovers, blocks the creation of fake accounts, and improves bot detection to protect account integrity and drive customer loyalty.

Identity Protection is a newer product at Forter, and we are in the process of defining product/market fit and building our go to market strategy from the ground up! This means there’s a lot of opportunity for a self-starter to come in and help pave our way to win with our Identity Protection solution.

This is a highly visible position that will collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Solution Consulting, Marketing, Customer Success, and Company leadership.

**What you’ll be doing:**

- **Build** our go to market strategy in partnership with product and sales leads to determine product/market fit, messaging, who we target, how we target, and how we win with Identity Protection
- **Launch** new capabilities that enhance Identity Protection value proposition to customers—you’ll own the launch plan, soup to nuts
- **Position** Identity Protection and differentiate it from in-market alternatives—you’ll create the necessary collateral to carry key messages beyond our four walls
- **Enable** Forter salespeople to fully internalize our value proposition and reinforce it with a library of success stories from our fanatical customers
- **Influence** the product roadmap as the voice of the customer back into the product and marketing organizations. You will shape how the roadmap is communicated externally
- **Collaborate** like crazy. If you’re going to succeed at the above five bullets, it’s because you’ve formed strong relationships with our Product Management, Sales, Solution Consultant, Customer Success and other teams. You’ll be a trusted expert that engages directly with partners, prospects and customers.

**What you’ll need:**

- **Writing skills.** They are prized around here. Once you’ve internalized our products and differentiation, you don’t want to take dependencies to create collateral. You’re comfortable picking up the pen / clacking away on a keyboard.
- **Keen ear.** The best marketers are the best listeners, and in this role you need to seek to understand what different partners care about and consider how we can activate them on our behalf. We’ll want to know how you distill complex topics and relationships down to key insights.
- **Presentation skills.** We can always work on this one together … but expect that by owning enablement for Forter salespeople and partner salespeople, you’re going to be in front of the room (physical or virtual) often.
- **Product-orientation.** Note that this is a role in product marketing, and there is a technical aspect that requires you to deeply understand our platform. We expect that at the 90-day mark, you’ll be comfortable giving a Spielberg-esque demo of our product in action.
- **Orchestration.** Any product marketer that owns a launch process has to be confident orchestrating stakeholders and workstreams and sticking to deadlines.
- **Domain experience.** 4+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on cybersecurity, identity protection, IAM, or related fields.

Senior Product Marketing Manager, Identity Protection

**About the role:**

As the first line of defense for Forter’s customers, you will actively manage and resolve customer inbound tickets in accordance with our world-class SLAs. As the voice of the customer, you will work with internal teams to identify and develop solutions that automate and improve the client’s experience.

In addition, you will be responsible for standardizing documentation, training clients on platform best practices and procedures as well as troubleshooting and escalating responsibilities. This role requires a strong mix of customer service plus excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

**What you'll be doing:**

- Become a trusted subject matter expert on the Forter product, finding creative solutions for our customers to succeed and serve as the first point of contact
- Help customers get the most out Forter’s platform and enable them to become power users of the product and fill in any gaps in their product knowledge
- Develop and execute short-term solutions to resolve complex client issues
- Collaborate and organize both customer personnel and in-house resources to troubleshoot and resolve issues working with our Engineering teams to identify and report bugs
- Be an advocate for our customers and proactive in finding solutions to any issues that may arise
- Collect customer feedback, work with Product to preemptively solve product issues and identify trends in feature requests and reporting these to our product team
- Contribute to internal documentation and assist teammates in understanding and handling technical issues
- Document interactions, paths to resolution, and successes for both customers and internal audiences
- Set follow-up actions and provide regular updates on the status of active issues to all stakeholders
- Participate in on-call rotations to cover out-of-hours support.

**What you'll need:**

- 3+ years customer service experience required and experience in customer support with a technical product
- You are a quick, clear writer and an amazing communicator; able to break down a complex technology or problem in an a way that is easy to understand
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for consistently providing a great customer experience
- Experience troubleshooting tech issues and relaying information in an digestible way to customers required
- Working knowledge and understanding of HTML, XML, JSON, JavaScript, git/GitHub, Python, REST APIs and web protocols
- Experience balancing multiple tasks and customer needs simultaneously
- Candidates have strong customer service experience (preferably in software/FinTech support, or similar field)
- Capable of working individually and as part of a team to solve technical problems
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, superior time management

Technical Support Engineer

### **About the role:**

We are looking for a motivated, energetic and experienced Information Security Manager (ISM) to be part of our information security journey and take the lead in the security GRC and awareness domains. Take ownership of your domain and oversee information security through the development of policies, training initiatives, establishment of vendor security assurance, advancement of company awareness, and the development of Forter’s security and privacy compliance certificates and audits.

As a key role within the Information Security team, the ISM position requires a working knowledge of information security systems and technologies. The ISM will proactively work with all teams and departments to implement practices that meet defined policies and standards for information security. He or she will also oversee a variety of security-related risk management activities.

The ISM will serve within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team as the process owners of GRC activities related to the availability, integrity and confidentiality of customers, business partners/vendors, employees, and business information in compliance with the organization's information security policies. ### **What you’ll need?**

- 5+ years working in a relevant security role.
- Proven project management capabilities in GRC & Awareness domains, including planning and execution.
- Knowledge of risk assessment industry best practice frameworks and methods and ability to independently lead risk remediations across the organization with minimal supervision.
- Ability to effectively communicate security needs and business requirements to stakeholders.
- Proven experience with common information security management frameworks, such as ISO27001 / SOC2 / PCI-DSS or similar.
- Proficiency in performing business impact analysis, vulnerability assessments, and in defining treatment strategies.
- Knowledge of and experience in developing and maintaining policies, procedures, standards and guidelines., documenting security architecture and plans (including project plans).
