I've been working in the Web3 realm for almost 2 years and I feel like I stay pretty connected to the industry via social networking, news, etc. With that, I don't believe they are phasing out. I do believe the industry is redefining the terminologies a little bit, however. At first, I think "Web3" jobs were a lot of NFT projects and now I think the broader category is more so, "Blockchain Jobs" because this is the technology in which a lot of careers will be working on/with.
