Technical Guidance:
Apply advanced engineering principles and concepts to design, develop, and implement complex systems or solutions.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices relevant to the engineering domain.
Guide engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
Project Leadership And Execution
Lead engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Break down complex problems into actionable tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure successful project delivery.
Mitigate risks and proactively identify and resolve technical challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Innovation And Continuous Improvement
Drive innovation within the engineering team, identifying opportunities to enhance existing products or develop new solutions.
Acting Architect: Craft architectural proposals, articulating trade-offs of architectural decisions, using UML and ERDs to communicate technical information.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of engineering efforts with business goals and priorities
Quality Assurance And Compliance
Ensure that engineering projects and deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Lead by example with disciplined testing and QA processes, robust testing and quality assurance processes to verify the performance, reliability, and safety of engineered solutions.
Conduct thorough technical reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure the quality of work produced by the engineering team.
Stay informed about industry-specific regulations and standards, ensuring compliance and integrating them into engineering practices.
Technical Expertise

Experience of 7+ years in a similar role.
Possess deep technical knowledge and expertise in a specific engineering discipline -
Angular, Node, Python, Influx, Cloud architecture / AWS, Data engineering (ML, RL, big data, statistics)
