Description:
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline with an advanced degree and at least 5 years of systems analysis and program development and overall 10-15 years of relevant development experience is required.
* Experience with some supervisory. 
* Management and administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in the securities industry or financial services industry. 
* Knowledge of securities industry or financial services experience. 
* Sound knowledge of the client area's function and systems. 
* In-depth knowledge of system and technology alternatives. 
* Broad knowledge of the system development life cycle (SDLC). 
* Technical, hands-on knowledge of various high-level programming languages and program development software alternatives. 
* Effective managerial and leadership skills. 
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. 
* Ability to work effectively with client and IT management and staffs. 
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
