## Overview This company is a self-serve advertising platform that specializes in multi-channel solutions including native, display, video, connected TV, audio and in-game ads. Platform Engineering: The Platform Team at the company includes the Full-Stack Engineering, Product Management and Product Design Teams. These teams are responsible for designing and developing the company's web platform which is where users can forecast, build and report on their campaigns and much more. It is also where the company's internal teams use a wide variety of tools to manage customer accounts and help them get the most out of the product. The Frontend Infrastructure Team: The Frontend Infrastructure team hosts and manages our in-house UI component library. We frequently sync with design and product teams to build components that improve the developer workflow, promote a good user experience, and have a strong focus on accessibility. The team is dedicated to defining best practices and will assist in refactoring our code bases to align with those standards. The team also focuses on creating proof of concepts to investigate new frontend libraries that we can potentially introduce to the Platform team. One such example is for the team to drive the company's internationalization process. This company is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in North America for this position.

## What you'll be doing: - Lead and mentor a team of talented frontend engineers within the web platform engineering team - Own our React component library end-to-end - Work closely with our design and product management teams to ensure UI components are implemented correctly and that priorities are aligned - Promote software development best-practices and conduct periodic code reviews - Rigorously identify and solve technical challenges - Write code as needed, especially for high priority issuesConduct interviews to attract and identify potential high performing candidates - Balance and prioritize projects to maximize efficiency and ensure company objectives are achieved
