As a Mid-Level Product Designer, you'll be joining a talented group of designers, product managers, and engineers to shape the future of our products.

**Role Overview:**
We are looking for a creative and motivated Mid-Level Product Designer to join our growing design team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centered experiences. You’ll be responsible for every phase of the design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Work alongside product managers, engineers, and other designers to create high-quality user interfaces and experiences for our web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and competitive analysis, to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with both user needs and business goals.
- Advocate for best practices in design thinking, usability, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing to continually improve the product experience.
- Contribute to and maintain our design system to ensure consistency across all product touchpoints.
- Communicate design concepts and decisions clearly to stakeholders and gather constructive feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep the design process fresh and innovative.

**Qualifications:**
- 3-5 years of experience in product design (UX/UI design experience is a must).
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final deliverables (web and mobile).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Proto.io, or similar).
- Familiarity with design systems, accessibility principles, and responsive design practices.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a collaborative, iterative design process is a plus.
- A passion for creating exceptional user experiences and solving complex design problems.

**Nice to Have:**
- Experience with animation and microinteractions.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Background in branding or graphic design.
- Experience with data visualization or designing for complex data-driven products.
