Healthie is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Charting and Client Engagement products. These tools are core to our platform and critical to delivering high-quality care at scale. More than 10 million appointments have been completed using Healthie, and our purpose-built workflows are designed to support the complexity of modern healthcare delivery.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap for our charting and engagement features. You bring deep empathy for the provider experience and a strong understanding of the tools that enable meaningful connection between care teams and their patients. You are motivated by designing solutions that support clinical excellence across the care continuum.

About the role
As the Senior Product Manager - Charting and Engagement, you will focus on expanding and improving the tools that help clinicians deliver exceptional care using Healthie. You will work closely with engineering, design, business stakeholders, and customers to translate real-world needs into scalable, technical solutions. You will be responsible for both launching new product capabilities and guiding the ongoing iteration of existing tools.
This role is a strong fit for someone who is passionate about improving healthcare, thrives in cross-functional environments, and brings a track record of delivering thoughtful, data-informed product solutions. You are technically savvy, comfortable with complex workflows, and confident making decisions that impact mission-critical software used by healthcare organizations.

Details
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our NYC HQ
The base salary for this role is $150,000-$180,000 per year.
U.S. work authorization is required and Healthie does not provide sponsorship.
About you
You have at least 5 years of experience in product management, including 2 or more years working on tools that support complex workflows.
You are skilled at translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, simplifying complex concepts when needed.
You have a strong track record of working cross-functionally to align product strategy with company goals.
You are confident in managing product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring timely delivery.
You are curious about how data and AI can be applied to real-world problems faced by providers and patients.
You approach challenges with a structured, problem-solving mindset and are comfortable navigating ambiguity.
You have experience working in healthcare or digital health, or are eager to learn the nuances of the space.
You are comfortable working in an agile environment and focus on delivering value through iterative development.
You are motivated by the opportunity to improve patient outcomes and clinician workflows through thoughtful product design.
