Healthie is hiring a Senior Product Manager – AI Initiatives to lead the development of AI functionality across Healthie’s product offering.   These tools are core to transforming the delivery of healthcare in the 21st century.  More than 10 million appointments have been completed using Healthie, and we are committed to utilizing AI to enhance the delivery of healthcare to make it more accurate, accessible, and efficient.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind the development and launch of new AI products and functionality for Healthie’s customers.  You bring deep empathy for the delivery of healthcare and you seek to introduce tools that help revolutionize care delivery.  You are motivated by designing safe, ethical, & secure solutions powered by cutting edge AI tools that will offer real and measurable benefits throughout the care continuum.
About the role
As the Senior Product Manager – AI Initiatives, you will focus on expanding and improving the tools that help clinicians deliver exceptional care using Healthie through the adoption of cutting-edge AI tools. You will work closely with engineering, design, business stakeholders, and customers to translate real-world needs into scalable, technical solutions. You will be responsible for both launching new products, functionality, and creating a scalable AI enablement framework for other teams at Healthie to adopt.
You might work on AI applications spanning:
Clinical documentation and charting automation
Patient engagement and communication tools
Workflow automation and scheduling optimization
Business intelligence for practice management

Details
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our NYC HQ
The base salary for this role is $150,000-$180,000 per year.
U.S. work authorization is required and Healthie does not provide sponsorship.
About you
You have at least 5 years of experience in product management, including 2 or more years working on tools supporting complex workflows.
You are experienced in shipping AI-powered products and understanding their unique challenges.
You understand the technical aspects of working with LLMs, including prompt engineering, evaluation metrics, and managing non-deterministic outputs
You are skilled at translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, simplifying complex concepts when needed.
You have a strong track record of working cross-functionally to align product strategy with company goals.
You are confident in managing product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring timely delivery.
You approach challenges with a structured, problem-solving mindset and are comfortable navigating ambiguity.
You have experience working in healthcare or digital health, or are eager to learn the nuances of the space.
You are comfortable working in an agile environment and focus on delivering value through iterative development.
You're excited about applying AI across diverse healthcare workflows, from clinical to operational to patient-facing applications.
