Role: Senior / Staff Software Engineer (AI + Systems) – Confidential Client
📍 Remote (US-based, occasional NYC meetups | 1-2 per year) | Healthcare AI / Venture Innovation
🔧 What You’ll Work On
Architect & Build Core Systems: Design and lead development of an intelligent agent platform to
orchestrate complex, automated workflows across distributed systems.
Own End-to-End Development: Drive products from whiteboard to production, including integration into
real-world healthcare environments.
Partner with Leadership: Work closely with technical and business leaders to align platform capabilities
with operational strategy.
Champion Engineering Standards: Define best practices in software architecture, testing, reliability, and
scalability across our ventures.

🧠 Key Technical Skills
Backend / Systems Engineering: Deep experience in system architecture, distributed services, and API
design.
Programming: Expert-level Python.
Cloud Infrastructure: Strong hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, Docker, and
Infrastructure-as-Code.
AI & Data Pipelines: Familiar with LLMs, unstructured data (text/voice), and building real-time pipelines for
ML/AI integration.
Dev Excellence: Strong grasp of observability, scalability, and production-grade testing.
Voice or conversational AI APIs
Frontend familiarity (TypeScript, React)
Experience in healthcare industries
