We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce platform features and a proven track record of implementing and customizing Salesforce solutions.

Job Summary: As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies, as well as a passion for solving complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.

Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and systems.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into technical requirements.

Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality of deliverables.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations and code.

Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance.

Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, best practices, and new features.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, etc.).

Solid understanding of Salesforce declarative and programmatic tools.

Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, and other API-based integrations).

Familiarity with Salesforce data models and security models.

Knowledge of Salesforce deployment processes using tools like Change Sets, ANT, and Salesforce DX.

Proficient in writing clean, efficient, and scalable code.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II are highly preferred.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Familiarity with Salesforce Communities and Service Cloud.

Knowledge of additional programming languages like JavaScript, HTML, or CSS is a plus.
