Job Description: Salesforce Developer
Role
 We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Salesforce Developer to design, build, and implement scalable solutions supporting Sales, Service, Customer Experience, and Go-To-Market processes. This role involves working across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrations to deliver innovative, reliable, and high-performance applications that enhance customer engagement and business efficiency.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.
Configure and extend Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud features, including case management, CTI integration, knowledge base, sales processes, and GTM applications.
Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST APIs, platform events, and middleware tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Workato, SnapLogic).
Implement Salesforce DX and DevOps practices, leveraging Git, GitHub/Bitbucket, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to translate business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance.
Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and end-user training to support adoption and scalability.
Participate in change management and release management processes.
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Experience with Salesforce DX, Git-based source control, and CI/CD pipelines.
Solid understanding of SaaS data models, design patterns, and connected web services.
Skilled in API integrations (REST, SOAP, and event-driven architectures).
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot) is a plus.
Knowledge of object-oriented programming (Java) and scripting languages (JavaScript) preferred.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform across multiple SDLC phases.
Demonstrated expertise in Service Cloud (case management, CTI, KB, customer support tools) and/or Sales Cloud (sales processes, CPQ, GTM applications).
Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via APIs or middleware platforms.
Salesforce certifications strongly preferred: Platform Developer I & II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
