About the Role
We’re looking for experienced, results-driven Sales Managers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in enterprise B2B software sales, particularly in the domains of AI, IoT, Blockchain, and SaaS.
You'll report directly to the CEO and Director of Sales.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospects through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and online research.
Solution Selling: Understand client needs, tailor solutions, and deliver persuasive product demos and presentations.
Sales Pipeline Management: Own the full sales cycle—manage leads, track progress in CRM, and forecast accurately.
Relationship Building: Engage directly with C-level executives and key stakeholders within target accounts.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead deal structuring and contract negotiations to close high-value opportunities.
Strategic Sales Planning: Execute regional strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Internal Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and support teams to drive customer success.
Market Insight: Stay current on market trends and share insights to support continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Demonstrated success in B2B software/solution sales
Skilled in C-level engagement and high-stakes deal closing
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong knowledge of the full enterprise sales cycle
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Willingness to travel when required
