Overview:
Core responsibilities Lead the design and development of complex, enterprise-level .NET applications. Provide technical leadership, guide architecture decisions, and mentor team members. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose technical solutions. Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce best practices. Evaluate and introduce new technologies to enhance development efficiency. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience 7+ years of experience in .NET development with a strong focus on C#. In-depth knowledge of ASP.NET, MVC, and web services. Expertise in database design, optimization, and performance tuning. Proven experience in leading development teams and projects. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture English Level: C1 - Advanced
