We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst with strong skills in data analysis, pattern recognition, scripting, and data manipulation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring data quality, identifying trends, and supporting process improvements through analytical insights and automation.
Key Responsibilities
● Analyze large datasets to identify data quality issues, trends, and patterns.
● Investigate anomalies and root causes in data, providing clear documentation and recommendations.
● Automate repetitive QA tasks using basic scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL, Bash).
● Design and maintain dashboards or reports to monitor data quality metrics.
● Support data migration, transformation, and integration testing activities.
● Document QA processes, test results, and issue resolutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
● Proven experience in a QA, data analyst, or similar role.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and find actionable insights.
● Proficiency in writing basic scripts for automation and data manipulation (e.g., Python, SQL).
● Experience with data manipulation tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, Pandas, ETL tools).
● Understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience working with large-scale databases and data warehouses.
● Knowledge of statistical analysis and pattern recognition techniques.
● Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
