Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RPA/Automation Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead and support automation initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to improve operational efficiency and productivity. As an RPA/Automation SME, you will be a key player in driving digital transformation and process improvement across the organization.
Job Overview
•	Location: Remote – Mexico

•	5+ years of experience as RPA/Automation SME
•	Healthcare industry and Claims experience
•	PEGA SSA Certified with knowledge on PEGA Smart Claim Engine
**
Mandatory Skills**
•	PEGA SSA (Senior System Architect) certified resource with knowledge on PEGA Smart Claim Engine.
•	Expertise in PEGA Robotic Process Automation and tools.
•	Be able to Design RPA libraries and reusable components.
•	Troubleshoot and debug Pega RPA/RDA automations for bug fixes. Help set up Pega RPA/RDA environments and communicate the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation solutions.
•	Must have experience in Pega PRPC Enterprise class structure design and application profiling
•	Must have experience on Activities, Flows (Screen Flow, Tab Flow, Adding decision, sub flows & integration to Flow), UIs rules, Harness, Sections, Portals, Local Action, Flow Action, Data Transform, Correspondence, Rule Inspector, properties types, validation rules
