Tech exp:


    

  1. Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, SQL.
    2. 

  2. Working in Big Data environment (Spark, Streaming etc)
    3. 

  3. ERP knowledge preferred
Functional Exp:

  4. Excellent supply chain planning knowledge.
    5. 

  5. Great verbal and written communication skills.
Duties:
    6. 

  6. Interacting with the customer(s) on the issues reported.
    7. 

  7. Triaging the issues.
    8. 

  8. Working with the engineering squads on priority and resolution.
    9. 

  9. Working with upstream teams on issues and following up on their resolution.
    10. 

  10. Communicate with upstream, customers, and the team on status updates.
