Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Core HR Functional Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Core HR with a proven track record of leading functional design, configuration, and implementation of Core HR solutions. This role will require close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and HR leadership to ensure seamless delivery of HR solutions that support organizational goals.

Responsibilities
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Core HR.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Provide guidance and leadership to project teams and stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Conduct workshops, testing (SIT/UAT), and end-user training sessions.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure integrations, reports, and extensions meet business needs.
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Core HR functionality and best practices.
Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with at least 5+ years focused on Fusion Core HR.
Proven experience as a Functional Lead in large-scale Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, and issue resolution in Fusion Core HR.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid model in Washington DC.
