Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Engineer or IT Engineer to join our remote team. This role focuses on managing and supporting IT and OT (Operational Technology) systems within industrial and logistics environments. You will play a key role in maintaining secure and efficient network infrastructures, supporting enterprise Windows environments, and enabling the secure operation of remote access tools and IoT devices.


Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage TCP/IP networks for industrial and enterprise systems.
Provide hands-on support for Windows-based environments, including Microsoft InTune, Active Directory, and Windows Enterprise editions.
Administer and troubleshoot OT and IoT devices, including PLCs, HMIs, control panels, and sensors.
Ensure remote access security using tools such as TeamViewer, Citrix, Rockwell, and manage access through firewalls.
Support and maintain web-enabled platforms including BMS, SaaS, Web2/Web3 applications.
Utilize ServiceNOW for IT service management and incident response.
Collaborate with operations teams in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, 3PL, and Logistics to ensure system reliability and uptime.
Implement and monitor network and OT cybersecurity best practices to protect critical infrastructure.


Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience managing TCP/IP networks and industrial computing/control systems.
Strong understanding of remote support technologies and secure remote connectivity.
Hands-on experience with Windows Enterprise environments, including InTune and Active Directory.
Familiarity with OT/IoT architecture, including PLC, HMI, control panels, and industrial computing.
Foundational knowledge of networking and OT security, including segmentation, access control, and vulnerability management.
Experience with tools such as ServiceNOW, firewall management, and BMS/SaaS platforms.
Background working in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, 3PL, or Logistics industries.

Cisco CCNA
SANS GICSP or other relevant cybersecurity certifications
