Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Specialist with expertise in Google Ads and SEO to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that drive qualified traffic, improve online visibility, and maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube). Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize both paid campaigns and organic search rankings. Execute SEO strategies, including on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO improvements. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROI). Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure alignment across digital channels. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEM, and SEO algorithms. Identify growth opportunities and recommend innovative strategies to enhance online presence. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred). Proven experience (2+ years) in Google Ads management and SEO optimization. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). Nice to Have Experience with other paid media platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Knowledge of content marketing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization). Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
