Job Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role will collaborate closely with other departments, including sales, product, and design, to create integrated marketing strategies that align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, email, and events.
Content Creation: Collaborate with content teams to create compelling and relevant content that resonates with target audiences.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to shape marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
Brand Strategy: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials. Uphold brand guidelines and manage brand positioning.
SEO & SEM: Optimize website content, landing pages, and campaigns for search engines to improve organic traffic and drive conversions.
Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, plan content calendars, and analyze performance metrics to drive engagement and growth.
Lead Generation & Nurturing: Develop strategies for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion, working closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Budget Management: Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and deliver a positive return on investment (ROI).
Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Skills:
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Suite).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
