About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Head Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment to lead and optimize our talent acquisition efforts. As the Head Recruiter, you will play a key role in developing hiring strategies, managing the recruitment process end-to-end, and ensuring we attract and retain top talent across all departments. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple departments and levels. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions and hiring strategies. Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events. Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards. Oversee employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience. Track recruiting metrics and provide regular reports to leadership on hiring progress, challenges, and trends. Coordinate with HR and leadership to ensure seamless onboarding for new hires. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a leadership or senior recruiting role. Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment for various roles, preferably in [industry-specific context if needed]. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruiting tools, and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in scaling recruitment processes for a growing company. Familiarity with employer branding, recruitment marketing, or diversity hiring initiatives. Recruitment certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS) are a plus.
