Overview:

DESCRIPTION

We're seeking an experienced performance engineer to join our R&D team. As a key member, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the scalability and reliability of our SaaS multi-tenant solution. This role demands a deep understanding of large complex systems and the ability to thrive in challenging conditions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Construct, present, and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish a performance benchmark framework and conduct stress tests on external and internal APIs.
  • Provide support during production releases and customer-related performance incidents.
  • Ensure production environment availability by collaborating closely with Ops and Engineering teams.
  • Spearhead the creation of efficient and stable automated performance tests, focusing on infrastructure development.
  • Elevate performance automation across all engineering areas, including Backend, APIs, and Infrastructure.

  • SaaS multi-tenant solution of microservices architecture managed over Kubernetes
  • Multi-cloud-based solution
  • Data pipeline technologies using various big data databases.
  • State-of-the-art CI/CD with cloud monitoring

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performance testing.
  • Experience with large-scale cloud production systems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proficiency in high-level languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
  • Expertise in API stress testing and benchmarking.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and related technologies (Grafana, Prometheus, APM, DataDog, K8s, Linux).
  • Experience with Microservices and Data pipeline technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Process-driven mindset with a focus on spotting performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of financial systems.
  • Experience with Big Data / NoSQL databases performance.
  • B.Sc. in computer science or equivalent studies.
