Role Overview
As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will lead and evolve our global hiring strategy, drive initiatives to attract exceptional talent across technical, clinical, and corporate domains, and partner closely with executive leadership to support our rapid expansion. You’ll build a strong, diverse hiring engine that fuels our mission and builds lasting organizational value.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with company goals.
2. Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed team of recruiters and talent partners.
3. Partner with senior leadership and department heads to understand workforce needs and deliver on hiring plans.
4. Implement data-driven recruitment practices and continuously optimize sourcing, selection, and candidate experience processes.
5. Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion are embedded in all hiring strategies.
6. Build and maintain a strong employer brand in the AI and healthcare sectors.
7. Oversee recruiting operations, including tools, systems (e.g., ATS), KPIs, and compliance.
8. Manage vendor relationships and external partnerships when needed.

Required Qualifications
1. Minimum 10 years of overall experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
2. Proven track record of hiring for high-growth, innovation-driven organizations, ideally in tech or healthcare industries.
3. Deep experience recruiting for AI, machine learning, engineering, and clinical roles is highly preferred.
4. Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws and best practices in remote hiring.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and a data-driven approach.
7. Passion for healthcare innovation and building purpose-driven teams.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in venture-backed or scale-up environments.
2. Familiarity with tools like Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms.
3. Background in employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
