Requirements

• Around 7+ years of experience in Facets modules of TCS application
• Experience in building templates as per specification for the customer communication
• Experience in TCS letter generation and content for communication
• Good understanding of TCS data models, Batch Framework and communication systems
• Good knowledge and US health care and customer communication management
• Knowledge on any SQL and able to write queries
• Good communication who can work with client directly
• Should be a self-starter without much time

Good to have skills:

• Previous US Healthcare Claims experience.
• Preference is to have people who have worked within Facets TCS in the past.

Duties

• Conduct workshops / gather requirements from Product Owners / Business owners
• Understand Reporting data elements and explore the data in client internal and integrated systems
• Document the requirement and business rule related to data element
• Create mapping document and get sign-off from client
• Work with Scrum team in implementing the reporting requirements
• Provide demo to the business stakeholders
• Validate the reports before business perform UAT
• Update the existing report data elements, when necessary
• Be a part of scrum team, and participate in all the ceremonies
• Conduct grooming session frequently with the team
• Should be able to coordinate between multiple teams - Business, Onsite BSA and Offshore team
• Good understanding on application and integrations
