About the Role
Our team is looking for a mobile engineer to work on and help build our mobile Strongline product, a proactive health-tech solution that prevents and de-escalates workplace violence across all care facilities, regardless of the scale or staff volume. If you love working on important, exciting problems in healthcare and love shipping quickly, you will love being here!
We are currently looking for team members open to coming into the office regularly, 4-5 days a week.
Interview process:

Initial Conversation
45-Minute Technical Interview (Python Technical + General) - Must know Python
1.5-Hour Mobile Focused Virtual On-Site Interview (Technical + General) - Must know Flutter
Follow-Up Conversations with Eng Leadership

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and deploy new mobile features from the ground up for the Strongline product for large-scale clients
Maintain and improve existing app functionality and while verifying impact and usability of new features
Be a part of a tremendously fast-paced team that celebrates fast execution and decisions
Work across the entire software stack with a focus on mobile
Work with a stack that includes Python, Flutter, Javascript, Vue, React, Flask, and other frameworks

What You Have

Strong Mobile and Full-Stack Programming Skills (Must be comfortable with Python and Flutter)
Experience building mobile applications at scale as well as testing and debugging
[Preferred] Familiarity with Frontend JS technologies (React, Vue, etc.)
[Preferred] Experience in environments where you have to ship quickly. We move aggressively fast.
Basic Understanding of Containers and Cloud (Docker, Kubernetes)
At least two years of professional mobile and software development experience
Excitement to work in a high impact field with a builder attitude!
