Overview:

What you'll do:

Create & execute a product strategy that appeals to the unique needs and requirements of vector database users & customers
Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution
Launch the vision, product strategy, and roadmap for our products and work with key stakeholders to deliver on that vision
Define product requirements documents based on an intimate knowledge of the specific market segments, target customers, and product

What we are looking for:

A Bachelor's degree in a related field
3+ years in product management
3+ years of industry experience in a database system or MLOps
Strong customer empathy, strong technical acumen, and entrepreneurial spirit
Be both technically deep and business savvy to interface with and lead teams of all levels and disciplines
Experience collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data to drive conclusions and recommendations
A strong track record of delivering products
