What is behind the Outdefine Brand Redesign?

As our community has grown and evolved to 30,000 talent and 150 companies, so has our understanding of what Outdefine represents. Our rebranding it’s about aligning our visual identity with our mission reaffirming the commitment to help talent own their careers.

Our new logo is a symbol of connection and collaboration, representing the diverse and dynamic global community we’re building:

• We took our old logo, the circular shape, and split it into two halves (Talent and Companies), which now look the same, but if you invert them . This circle represents the world, highlighting our belief that talent is global and your location does not limit your opportunities, supporting remote employment. It is a symbol of unity, embodying the seamless connection between tech talent and companies.
• While the the letters “OE” inside the circle, that form an X when trimmed, represent the embrace we constantly seek between tech talent and companies can exchange the mutual value propposition with 100% transparency and trust.
• The color purple we’ve chosen is bold and vibrant, reflecting the innovative spirit of the tech and crypto industry.
