Duties
The project manager must-have: -an existing and up to date COV Project Management Qualification -at least 4,500 hours of successful project management experience as a Project Manager on multiple Commonwealth-level IT projects, or multiple $10M + other-than-Commonwealth projects. Highly desirable qualifications are: - Experience managing wireless communications projects - Experience managing Telecommunications projects - Experience managing wide area installation projects (statewide preferred) - Experience with complex multi-layer scheduling - Experience managing $10M+ projects - Must be able to communicate both orally and in writing, and to work with multiple stakeholders and facilitate collaboration between vendor and Communications Division management.
