Requirements

- Test Plan Management - Experienced at analyzing a product, identifying features and creating a test plan to test existing features on an ongoing basis
- Regression Testing - Plugs into the development cycle by doing ongoing test execution to identify regressions before they make it into production.
- Test Management Software - Experience working with test management software to facilitate bug reporting, test plan execution, and collaboration with the product and engineering team.
- Agile Methodologies - Work within our Agile sprint system to increase reliability of release cadences and catch bugs early in the flow.
- Prioritization - Strong ability to prioritize work across short- and long-term projects.
- Communication - You're excellent at communicating a plan upfront, respond well to feedback, and comfortable iterating.

Duties

We are the customer data platform for web3 - we enable relationship management & personalization that scales. We plug into every community touchpoint - socials, on-chain, and in-app - to create a unified member profile, and use AI to segment, label, and personalize experiences for your user base.

We are looking for a stellar QA tester to lead our manual testing and quality assurance. You will work with a fast paced engineering team to identify bugs or product issues and help uphold a high quality standard. You have experience writing test plans and executing on them to catch regressions.
